Ruins of Telhara university which is older than great Nalanda or vikramshila university

Telhara University (Telhara Mahavihara) was an ancient Buddhist learning center in Nalanda district, Bihar, India. It is believed to date back to the 1st century CE, making it older than Nalanda and Vikramshila universities. The Chinese traveler Xuanzang (7th century CE) mentioned it as "Teladhaka", describing it as a major Buddhist educational institution.
